Booking and Cancellation Conditions

At Paella Catering Barcelona, ​​we work with a limited event calendar, so it is essential to reserve your date in advance. To do so, we apply the following conditions:

Reservation

To confirm your event, we request a 50% deposit of the total amount.

The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 15 days before the event.

By accepting the quote and paying the 50% deposit, the client acknowledges and fully accepts these booking and cancellation conditions.

Cancellations by the client

More than 60 days before the event: 70% refund of the amounts paid.

Between 59 and 15 days before the event: 30% refund of the amounts paid.

Within 15 days prior to the event: no refunds will be issued and the client must pay 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations on our part

In the exceptional case that Paella Catering Barcelona is unable to provide the service due to force majeure, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.

Force majeure

If the event cannot be held for reasons beyond your control and duly justified (official restrictions, health emergencies, natural phenomena, etc.), we will offer you the option of changing the event date, applying the amounts already paid as a guarantee for the new reservation.
